You are visiting the Clinic for Urologic Wellness and the Centre for Sexual Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. John Tuttle is the medical director, a board certified urologist.
I would also like to introduce you to my associate, Amberly K. Windisch, MD (www.landmarkurology.com). Dr. Windisch was magna cum laude at Miami University, received her Doctorate in Medicine from the University Of Kansas School Of Medicine in 2002 and completed her urologic residency training at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Dr. Windisch brings new and minimally invasive urologic procedures to the practice. Dr. Windisch sees patients at our Lexington office and her Georgetown office. Dr. Windisch holds hospital privileges and admits patients to St. Joseph Hospital Lexington and Georgetown Community Hospital.

My Lexington office is in the 160 building immediately to the left of St. Joseph Hospital-East on Eagle Creek Drive, just off Richmond Road. From I-75 you may come to the office from Exits 104 or 108. Look for the large 160 at the top of the office building in the left hand corner. If you are a new patient come about 15 minutes early as new paper will need to be completed to meet federal requirements. Always bring all of your medicine bottles that you are currently taking. Also, it is often important for you to present with a full urinary bladder as we may need a urine sample. Yes, I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discovery for any deductibles and co-pays. I participate with most insurance companies, except automobile accident coverage or workman's compensation.
I am a native of Kentucky, being raised in Irvine, Kentucky. I attended Centre College of Kentucky and then the University Of Kentucky College Of Medicine. I completed my Urology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. I have been practicing Urology in Lexington since 1980. I have participated in over 100 FDA clinical research trials and have several peer reviewed publications in Urology. I participated in post-graduate studies in Sexual Medicine at Boston University. I continue to actively teach nationally and internationally physicians the science, art and most current evidence based urologic specialty practices. I enjoy and respect the privilege given to me by society to be able to practice medicine.
